The lengths we go through to ensure safety at Vynova surprised me. It’s visible in every aspect of our work. Another element of surprise? The vastness and complexity of the plant. Witnessing it never fails to amaze me. 

Joining the cycling group at Vynova has been a great experience that continues to surprise me. We cycle with a group of colleagues of 6 to 8 people from Beek, and occasionally, we join forces with a larger group of around 20 or 30 riders. 

An element of surprise, was learning that PVC is very widely used. It’s used in windows, kitchen cabinets, even syringes. I was curious to learn how it’s made. The entire process is surprising. Now, thanks to my job, I know the ins and outs of PVC production.
