It may surprise you, but as a firefighter in the chemical industry, I almost never come into contact with fire. Our aim is precisely to avoid fire and to ensure the safety of our colleagues. Whether you are working as a firefighter, operator or engineer, everyone contributes to that safety and our great atmosphere.  

It is surprising and wonderful to see how tangible our work is. To see what we collaborate on come to life is amazing. I step out of my office and within five minutes I see our work popping up there in front of me. 

When I became a mum, it surprised me how seamlessly I could balance work and family. If my daughter is unwell, I can work from home or adjust my schedule. After all, my family comes first and that’s ok here. 

My first day really surprised me. I was immediately included in the Vynova family. No Sie but du. And I was immediately struck by how structured everything is here. Both on a work level and on a personal level. What’s more, this is a workplace that offers you a lot of opportunities for growth.

The people here are fantastic. Some of them I can call my friends. But one of them, Christian, is my best friend here. We’ve been through a lot together. And surprise, I even was the best man at his wedding.
