Respect and how we treat each other is very important at Vynova. That’s why I love to surprise my colleagues with plants and flowers! Bringing flowers or seeds brings much joy to everyone around me. We do serious work at Vynova, but joy and laughter are never far away.  

Explaining our jobs is not always easy. I surprise my kids by telling them that what we do is like making a cake. The PVC polymer is like the flour. Our customers then add other ingredients to create the PVC products we use every day.
