Vynova often surprises me in a positive way. When we returned to the office after the COVID-19 period, our management provided a delicious breakfast. At Vynova, it is not only about working, but also about enjoying pleasant moments with nice and competent colleagues. 

The most surprising moment of 28 years Vynova? Starting up our new control room! I got to switch on the power with the developers and my bosses behind me. Unforgettable. At Vynova, we never stop modernizing and innovating.

I had the surprising opportunity to create, together with colleagues, an ecological garden next to our offices, the VYN OASE! Our goal is to create something great for colleagues and good for nature. There’s a picnic area, birdhouses and an insect hotel. The plants are all native and we let nature take its course. 

Surprises are fun! When people surprise you, it means they’re thinking of you and care about you. Vynova surprised me by offering me a permanent contract. Knowing that they believe in me and see my potential, gives me a lot of satisfaction.
