Vynova often surprises me in a positive way. When we returned to the office after the COVID-19 period, our management provided a delicious breakfast. At Vynova, it is not only about working, but also about enjoying pleasant moments with nice and competent colleagues. 

When I became a mum, it surprised me how seamlessly I could balance work and family. If my daughter is unwell, I can work from home or adjust my schedule. After all, my family comes first and that’s ok here. 

Vynova often hosts school visits. Surprising students with how interesting the world of chemistry is, is rewarding. Investing time in shaping the future of young people and our industry is extremely important.

Respect and how we treat each other is very important at Vynova. That’s why I love to surprise my colleagues with plants and flowers! Bringing flowers or seeds brings much joy to everyone around me. We do serious work at Vynova, but joy and laughter are never far away.
