The Chemelot Talent Office offers you the opportunity to take a two-year course to become a process operator B, with job guarantee and salary. During this course, you will be employed by the Chemelot Talent Office and attend classes one day a week at the Brightlands Chemelot Campus. The other days you will gain practical experience in the plant at one of the participating companies at Chemelot, including at Vynova Beek.

Joining the cycling group at Vynova has been a great experience that continues to surprise me. We cycle with a group of colleagues of 6 to 8 people from Beek, and occasionally, we join forces with a larger group of around 20 or 30 riders.
An element of surprise, was learning that PVC is very widely used. It’s used in windows, kitchen cabinets, even syringes. I was curious to learn how it’s made. The entire process is surprising. Now, thanks to my job, I know the ins and outs of PVC production.
